Monkeys Aotearoa is the New Zealand branch of the Australian multimedia marketing agency owned by Accenture Interactive. Damon was the regional chief creative officer of DDB (Doyle Dane Bernbach) NZ and AU for seven years, an advertising and marketing communications network where he won 17 Agency of the Year titles, including DDB New Zealand being named creative agency of the year in Australia. He has worked on global brands such as BMW, Toyota, Nissan, Heineken, Visa, Cadbury, McDonalds, and the FIFA World Cup campaign for Adidas in South Africa. He thinks too much branding and advertising has become esoteric and only understood by a few rather than a wider audience.
